By registering for and using Plannelink ("the Service"), you fully accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The Service is currently provided in "Public Beta".
2. Service Description
Plannelink is a technical tool for digital asset inventory with scheduled transmission features.
⚠️ Please Note: The Service is NOT a bank, financial custodian, or notary, and does not hold user funds or assets. The service is limited to the secure transmission of information.

3. User Security Responsibility (Master Password)
Due to the "Zero-Knowledge" nature of the software, the user acknowledges being the sole custodian of their Master Password and recovery keys (2FA).
- If the Master Password is lost, the Plannelink Team CANNOT recover it under any circumstances.
- In such a scenario, the encrypted data will be mathematically irretrievable and lost forever.
4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without guarantees of 100% continuous availability.

- Data loss resulting from the user's loss of credentials.
- Failure to deliver emails to heirs due to spam filters, full inboxes, or incorrect addresses provided by the user.
- Any indirect damages arising from the use of the software.
In no event shall Plannelink's aggregate liability to the user for any claims arising out of these terms or the use of the service exceed the total amount paid by the user to Plannelink in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or the sum of €50.00 (fifty euros), whichever is greater.
5. Nature of Service and No Professional Advice
Plannelink provides software infrastructure exclusively for organizing and transmitting information ("Asset Map").

- b) Use of the Service does not replace a valid legal will, professional estate planning advice, or legally required bureaucratic procedures.
- c) Information provided through the website or software is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
6. Acceptable Use
It is strictly prohibited to use Plannelink to store data related to illegal activities, money laundering, or to attempt cyber attacks against the infrastructure.
7. Modifications and Continuity
In the event of permanent project shutdown or service interruption, Plannelink commits to providing at least 60 days' notice to allow users to export their data.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law.
